Wondering Reindeer is a small Sámi tour company established by me Ole Mathis.

I’m from a small Sámi village some hours driving from Tromsø where I grew up in Sámi family connected to reindeer herding and Sámi language is my mother tongue.

We arrange unique and personal tours for guests from all over the world who want to experience the real North. From breathtaking Arctic landscapes and local Sámi traditions to unforgettable encounters with nature, we want to share the places and experiences that make Northern Norway so special.

Wondeirng Reindeer do different tours, but on all our tours the Sami History and local knowledge are a part of the experiences.
